1. General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the king taka platform and its users. Browsing the king taka website, creating an account, playing any game or placing a bet means you accept these Terms.

These Terms may change from time to time. For significant changes, members will be notified via their registered email or through their account. Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account on king taka, you must be at least 21 years old. Registration on this platform is strictly prohibited for those under 21. At the time of account registration, you must verify your correct age and identity.

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, king taka reserves the right to cancel all such accounts and any balance held in them.

2.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at the time of account registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Opening an account with false information will be considered a breach of the Terms. Even after registration, king taka may at any time request a national ID card or other documents for identity verification.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to access your account or sharing your login details is prohibited.

Notify king taka as soon as you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or a security breach. The account holder will be responsible for any loss resulting from any unauthorised activity.

4. Deposit and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods may be used for deposits on king taka:

• Bank transfer (major commercial banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank and Islami Bank)

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳500. Deposits below this amount are not accepted.

4.3 Deposit Authenticity

Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made using a third-party payment account may be cancelled.

5. Withdrawal and Processing Time

5.1 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

5.2 Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. In special circumstances or where identity verification is required, the time may be somewhat longer.

5.3 Reasons for Rejection

In certain circumstances, a withdrawal request may be rejected or put on hold:

• Identity verification not completed
• Wagering requirements of an active bonus not met
• Suspicious or unusual transaction activity
• Use of a third-party payment account

6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

6.1 Welcome Bonus

king taka offers new members a 200% first deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳3,000; to withdraw the bonus, you must place bets totalling ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000.

6.2 Other Bonuses

king taka regularly offers promotions. Each offer has its own terms:

• Weekly Reload Festival: 50% bonus, up to ৳10,000, wagering 20x the bonus amount.
• king taka Slots Fun: 75% bonus, up to ৳15,000, wagering 25x the bonus amount.
• Cricket Winning Edge: 60% bonus, up to ৳12,000, wagering 22x the bonus amount.
• Birthday Special Gift: up to ৳2,000, wagering 10x the bonus amount.
• Refer a Friend Reward: up to ৳3,000, wagering 15x the bonus amount.

6.3 General Bonus Rules

The following general rules apply to all bonus offers:

• No bonus applies if the minimum deposit of ৳500 is not made.
• A bonus is not cash — it is a bettable balance that can only be withdrawn after the specified wagering requirements are met.
• A member may not use more than one bonus at the same time.
• king taka reserves the right to decline a bonus if there is evidence of it being claimed through dishonest means.
• Each promotion has a set expiry period, and any unused bonus is cancelled after it expires.

7. Game and Betting Rules

king taka offers slots, live casino, cricket betting, football betting and various other types of games. Each game has its own rules, which are described on the relevant game page.

7.1 Betting Rules

• A bet once confirmed cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, king taka reserves the right to cancel or restore that round.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting a software error or bug will be declared void.
• If a cricket or football match is cancelled, bets will be refunded where applicable.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on king taka:

• Placing bets using bots or automated software
• Match fixing or placing bets using insider information

• Using another member's account
• Coordinated betting activity for the purpose of abusing bonuses

• Suspicious financial activity
• Account holder under 21 years of age

9.2 Member's Rights

Any member may request to close their account at any time. If a valid balance remains after the closure request is made, it will be returned to the member's payment method in accordance with the applicable terms.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

12. Changes to Terms
